Returns

As our products are freshly prepared food items, they are non-returnable once delivered or picked up. We do not accept returns of any edible items unless:

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The order was damaged/spoiled upon arrival.

Refund Policy

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following cases:

  1. Incorrect Order Delivered
    – You received a completely different item than what you ordered.

  2. Spoiled or Damaged Food
    – The food was not in consumable condition upon delivery (e.g. spilled, cold, stale).

  3. Order Not Delivered
    – If you were charged but did not receive your order, and no delivery attempt was made.

  4. Double Payment or Failed Transactions
    – If your account was charged twice or the transaction failed but money was deducted.

Conditions for Refund

  • You must report the issue within 30 minutes of receiving your order.

  • A clear photo or video proof may be required for quality/delivery issues.

  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Case

  • Change of mind after food has been prepared/delivered.

  • Delayed delivery due to external factors (traffic, rain, etc.).

  • Minor taste or spice level differences (as per personal preference).
